Gary L. Cram
President

Gary L. Cram is the founder and President of Cram Roofing Co., Inc. With more than 25 years of roofing and business experience, Mr. Cram has positioned Cram Roofing Co., Inc. to be San Antonio’s 2nd largest roofing company. Mr. Cram oversees the daily operations of Cram Roofing Co., Inc. and continues to strategically build a business that focuses on customers. Mr. Cram's company has responded to all roofing needs including those related to national disasters around the country. 

Mr. Cram currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA), San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA). He was also selected to participate on the San Antonio Independent School District's Roofing Committee. Mr. Cram is an active member of St. George Episcopal Church and helps with the Boy Scouts of America. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Bartlesville Wesleyan College in Oklahoma and resides here in San Antonio with his wife and 3 young boys.

Mark R. Eichelbaum
Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Eichelbaum joined the Company in 2002 and continues to lead the Company in financial success.  With Mr. Eichelbaum’s guidance, the Company continues in tremendous growth. He actively participates in the daily operations and assists in many aspects of client projects. 

Prior to joining Cram Roofing Co., Inc., Mr. Eichelbaum worked for the Hanke Group, a public accounting firm. He oversaw the auditing of construction and manufacturing companies. Mr. Eichelbaum participates in the Texas Society of CPA’s (TSCPA), American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA), San Antonio Chapter of CPA’s (SACPA) and Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). He received a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and obtained his CPA license in 1998. Mr. Eichelbaum is an active member of Temple Beth-El with his wife and young daughter.

Jon M. Pett
Service, Property & Fleet Manager

Mr. Pett joined the Company in 1997 as a Superintendent and Fleet Manager. He was promoted in 2001 to his current role and has led the Company in tremendous growth within the Service Department. Mr. Pett has built a team of employees that operate 24 / 7 and respond in record time to customer calls. He continues to provide ingenuity through technology, such as GPS in all of the fleet. With over 25 years of construction experience, Mr. Pett provides leadership and knowledge in many facets of the business.

Mr. Pett worked with Oil Capital Electric in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 8 years. Prior to that, he spent 8 years with Carl Electric. Mr. Pett attended St. Phillips College focusing on welding and electrical systems. After St. Phillips, he completed a 4 year apprenticeship with Independent Electrical Contractors of America (IEC). Mr. Pett is a seasoned electrician and holds a Journeyman’s license in both San Antonio and the state of Texas. Mr. Pett is an active husband and father of 2 and spends his time helping in 4-H and Karate.

Brenda S. Younts, CPM, CCIM
Director of Business Development

Ms. Younts joined Cram Roofing Co., Inc. as the Director of Business Development. She is responsible for growing the Company’s market share in San Antonio and surrounding areas. With extensive knowledge in commercial building management, Ms. Younts has proven abilities in business development and marketing.

Prior to joining Cram Roofing Co., Inc., Ms. Younts has managed in excess of 18 million square feet of commercial real estate over the past 20 years. She has been extremely successful in her brokerage and lease up efforts with her talent and skills in marketing and business development. She currently holds leadership positions with San Antonio Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and San Antonio Building Owners and Managers (BOMA). Ms. Younts also actively participates in San Antonio Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), San Antonio Livestock Exposition, San Antonio Manufacturers Association (SAMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Hunting, fishing, hiking and traveling are some of the activities Ms. Younts enjoys in her free time.

Warren S. Kelley, Jr.
Controller

Mr. Kelley re-joined the Cram Roofing Company, Inc. management team in 2007 as Controller, a position which he held from 1996 to 2002. During this time period, Warren, Gary Cram, and a fantastic management team grew the business four fold by hard work and fiscal proficiency. He graduated from UTSA with his BBA in 1984.

Warren is a life long San Antonian who has over 20 years of experience in accounting. His business experience as a controller from various sectors of industry has given Warren unique knowledge in which to draw his accounting and management expertise. Warren is very conversant with all aspects of the internal functioning of a company from contract management to the issuance and analyzation of the financial statements.

Warren’s hobbies include gardening and antique automobiles. You can find Warren at almost any nursery or classic car swaps.
