Certifications & Licensing

CRAM Roofing is a licensed roofing contractor in Texas, Florida, Louisiana, California and many other states that are reciprocal with these states.
CRAM Roofing is SBA certified as a Small Business Enterprise. Interior Exterior Construction Services, LLC, with which CRAM Roofing mentors and partners, is a SBA Certified 8(a), SBA Certified SDB, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Company. Having completed a multitude of projects all over the country, the CRAM team is completely familiar with all security access requirements and the issues surrounding maintaining an immaculate, unobtrusive worksite required to successfully operate within guidelines and timelines.

Insurance & Bonding

CRAM Roofing Co., Inc. utilizes SureTec as our bonding company through the Trimble-Batjer Agency for all bonding purposes. Currently, CRAM Roofing has multi-million dollar bonding capabilities. (However, we have never been rejected for any increase in bonding when requested). As such, we are able to perform all aspects of roofing work in various locations, simultaneously.

Safety

Our safety program is based upon the Army Corps of Engineers (EM 385-1-1) and our Safety Coordinator is a certified OSHA Trainer. All major projects are provided a customized safety plan specific to their needs and conditions. We take great pride in a solid safety record and our safety department meets regularly to establish, enforce and update our procedures.
Warranties

Manufacturers provide a warranty by approval once all set criteria are met. If the material is applied using a method that is reliable, the manufacturer will provide a warranty that can last up to 35 years. CRAM Roofing has installed roofing systems by most major manufacturers and has successfully obtained long term warranties on all our roofs.
In addition to a Manufacturer’s Warranty,
CRAM Roofing provides a two-year warranty
on re-roofing projects and new construction. Together with the Manufacturer’s Warranty,
our customers are certain their roofing investment will last.
