Kevin W. Blische

VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC SALES

As Vice President of Strategic Sales for CRAM, a PAX Services Company, Kevin brings deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of the roofing industry to his leadership role. With early experience as an estimator, project manager, and roofing manufacturer inspector, he developed a comprehensive foundation in both the design and installation of complex roofing systems.

Since joining CRAM in 2009, Kevin has overseen all project estimating and leads the CRAM’s strategic sales initiatives. As Vice President of Strategic Sales, he is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and align sales and operations for maximum efficiency and impact. His leadership ensures that every project is estimated and managed with precision, from pre-construction through completion.

As part of the PAX Services Group platform, Kevin collaborates with leaders across a growing network of roofing and building envelope experts to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions for large-scale and mission-critical facilities. His strategic approach supports PAX’s vision of providing a single point of accountability, consistent quality, and trusted expertise that protects and extends the life of customer facilities.

  • Certified in OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health
  • Certified to perform thermal/infrared thermography
  • BS, Civil Engineering, Texas Tech University
