GENERAL MANAGER AND PRESIDENT
As General Manager and President of CRAM, a PAX Services Company, Mark oversees all aspects of the organization’s operations, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Since joining CRAM in 2002, he has played a key role in guiding the company’s growth—leading it to more than quadruple in revenue and size under his management. Mark provides strategic oversight from estimating and contract negotiations through project completion, ensuring every job meets customer expectations while maintaining profitability. He also manages corporate budgets and financial performance, driving operational excellence and team development.
Following CRAM’s acquisition by PAX Services Group in January 2024, Mark continues to lead CRAM as part of an expanding platform of premier roofing and building envelope service providers. As part of the PAX Services Group platform, CRAM collaborates within a growing network of roofing and building envelope experts to deliver comprehensive solutions for large-scale and mission-critical facilities—providing a single point of accountability, consistent quality, and the expertise to protect and extend the life of the buildings they serve.
