As Regional Vice President of Operations, Southwest, for CRAM, a PAX Services Company, Scott brings extensive experience in construction management, operations, and financial oversight to his leadership role. With a background as both a controller and service manager, he combines strong business acumen with deep operational expertise to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Scott oversees all day-to-day operations across the Southwest region, managing logistics, scheduling, purchasing, and coordination for multiple projects nationwide. His hands-on leadership, clear communication, and strong organizational skills enable him to keep projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining close collaboration with both customers and internal teams.
As part of the PAX Services Group platform, Scott plays a key role in advancing operational excellence and consistency across a growing network of roofing and building envelope service providers.
